I know it's been a long time since I've blogged. I feel like people just dont like to read as much anymore these days lol. But for those who are still on the blogging scenes, I want to give yall props!!
And to anyone who still reads and keeps up with my blogs - thank you!!! It's so hard to have the downtime to sit and type out a blogpost.
As many of you know, I've been getting into fitness especially this year where I've been much more consistent than the previous year where I was just trying to get myself wrapped around it. Because it's really a lifestyle change, it was definitely hard to stay consistent but I've realized that since I was so on and off for the year I first started getting into fitness, I realized that I would've made much much more gains and progress.
So by beating up myself for that, I just put myself into focus and tried to stay as consistent as possible. I know it's tough when life gets in the way but fitness is part of life and I can't be making any excuses.
That's my story behind it! So yes, I am disappointed in myself but I can't keep looking back and telling myself I could be much more better and I would've made much more progress.. instead I have to remind myself that baby steps forward are still steps being taken foward and at least I'm still one small step ahead of where I was yesterday. :)
